Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts or thighs, coating them evenly in the marinade.
- Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
