Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Batter

Mix Wet Ingredients:
 In a separate bowl or jug, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- 
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
 Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Whisk gently until just combined. The batter should be thick but smooth; avoid overmixing to prevent tough pancakes.
Cook the Pancakes

Heat the Pan:
 Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.

Pour the Batter:
 Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour a small amount of batter (about ¼ cup) onto the pan for each pancake. Spread slightly with the back of the ladle if needed.

Cook Until Bubbles Form:
