Ingredients

2 ripe avocados – Halved, pitted, and scooped

1 ripe tomato – Deseeded and finely diced

1 garlic clove – Crushed or minced

1 lime – Juice only

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

Halve the avocados, remove the stones, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Finely chop the red onion, tomato, chili, and coriander. 
Step 2: Mash the Avocados

Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired consistency—chunky or smooth. 
Step 3: Add Flavor

Stir in the chopped onion, tomato, chili, garlic, and coriander.

Squeeze over the lime juice and mix gently to combine.
