Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
- Add the Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes to release their flavor.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
