Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Finely chop the pickled gherkins, capers, parsley, and chives.

- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, chopped gherkins, capers, parsley, and chives.
Step 3: Season and Add Lemon Juice
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
Step 4: Taste and Adjust
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning or lemon juice to your preference.
Step 5: Chill and Serve
